Refunds, cancellations and delivery

Everything sold here is digital or is somebody’s time. Nothing is posted, so there is no shipping, no address to give, and nothing to return. What that means in each case is below.
- Room accessFull refund within 48 hours if you have not posted. Not refundable after that.
- ServicesFull refund any time before the work starts, and if I fail to deliver.
- Project listingFull refund within 48 hours if your project is not live yet. Once it is on the page, it is not refundable.
The sections below are the actual terms, and they govern where this summary is short.
Delivery
Room access starts immediately on payment.
A project listing opens its form the moment the payment clears, and your card is on the projects page as soon as you save it. Nothing waits on me.
Services — a resume review, a mock interview, mentorship — are calls. You pick the time before paying, and the calendar invite with the meeting link on it arrives as soon as the payment clears.
If a payment goes through and nothing arrives, that is a fault, not a policy. Email tusharbhardwaj2617@gmail.com and it gets fixed or refunded.
Services
Full refund if it has not started. Cancel before a review has been sent back or a call has happened, and you get everything back, no reason needed.
Full refund if I do not deliver. If a review does not come back within 3 working days, or a call does not happen and it was my doing, you get everything back without having to ask twice.
Once a review has been sent or a call has taken place, the work is done and it is not refundable. If it was not useful, tell me why — that is worth more to me than the money.
Missing a booked call without telling me means the slot is gone and the payment is not refundable. Tell me beforehand, at any notice, and it is simply rescheduled.
Project listing
Full refund within 48 hours, if the listing is not up yet. Change your mind before you fill the form in and you get everything back.
Once the card is on the page it is not refundable. The spot is permanent and the thing you paid for has been delivered — it is being read from the moment it goes up.
A listing can be taken down if it turns out to be a scam, or if the link stops going where it said. That is the one case where the money goes back after the 48 hours, because what was sold was a place on a page people trust.
Room access
Permanent entry is a one-time payment and is not refundable after 48 hours, since access begins immediately and cannot be handed back. Within 48 hours, if you have not posted, you get a full refund.
How a refund happens
Email tusharbhardwaj2617@gmail.com with what you bought and when. Approved refunds go back through Razorpay to the same method you paid with — that is the only route available, and it usually takes 5 to 7 working days to appear.
You will get an answer within 3 working days. If a policy above is ambiguous in your case, it gets read in your favour.
